Terms and Conditions for Minecraft-News.net

Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the services of Minecraft-News.net, including publishing Minecraft servers on our server list.
By using our services you also agree to our Privacy Statement.

To vote
You may only vote once per day for a particular server. Voting must be done on our sites by entering your username and manually completing the Captcha verification. Voting through the use of automated voting scripts, bots or programs is strictly prohibited.

Trade or sale of votes between different servers is strictly prohibited. Players should only be encouraged to vote (whether in-game or otherwise) for the list of the server they were sent from. Fostering votes from one server to another server's list, even if owned by the same individual, company or group of companies, is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refute or suspend voting if we have reason to suspect that fraudulent voting has taken place or if we believe there has been an attempt to manipulate the ballot box.

Server Content
You may only add a server to our sites if you own the server or if you have obtained explicit permission from the owner. You may only make one entry for the same server, multiple entries will be removed. If a server is added, you agree that our sites will periodically attempt to collect information from your server (players online, version, MOTD, etc.) and display it on our sites. As a server owner, you agree not to upload any pornographic, illegal, racist or hateful material as part of the server data (banner, name, description, etc.).

Removal from servers
We reserve the right to remove servers at any time, with or without notice. A server can be deleted for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
- inappropriate server details (banner, name, description, etc.);
- abuse of the voting system;
- low uptime (servers older than 10 days are automatically removed if the uptime drops below 25%);
- something other than the exact server name in the name field.

Premium server places
Payments can be made via the Mollie platform. Premium server seats are non-refundable and are provided as is with no guarantee of uptime or site traffic.

Ads
We display banner ads in various sections of our sites. This content is from third parties and is not endorsed by us in any way. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Upload content to our sites
Any time you use a feature that allows you to upload content to our sites or interact with other users of our sites, you must comply with the content standards set forth in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You warrant that such contributions meet those standards and you are liable to us and hold us harmless for any breach of that warranty. This means that you are responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

Any content you upload to our sites will be considered non-confidential and non-exclusive. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you must license us and other users of our sites to use, store, copy and distribute that content and make it available to third parties. The rights you license to us are described in Rights you give us to use material you upload.

Liability
Minecraft-News.net is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the services of Minecraft-News.net.

Amendments
Minecraft-News.net reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The use of the services of Minecraft-News.net after changing the General Terms and Conditions implies agreement with the changed conditions.
